Introduction #

With the Version 5 update, Keep Connect now supports Webhook notifications, allowing for more flexible, real-time alerts. When Webhooks are enabled, notifications typically sent via SMS or email can also be delivered to a designated Webhook URL. This feature is especially useful for integrating Keep Connect alerts with external systems, making it easy to log events, trigger automations, or communicate with third-party platforms in real-time. Simply set up your preferred Webhook URL, and Keep Connect will push notifications to it whenever an event occurs, enhancing your network monitoring and automation capabilities.

Enable Webhook Setting #

To enable Webhooks in the Keep Connect Cloud Service App, navigate to the View/Change Settings option within your device dashboard and locate the Enable Webhook toggle button. Once enabled, enter the Webhook URL where you wish to receive notifications for each event that Keep Connect logs.

Additionally, you can enter an optional Webhook Key for added functionality based on your specific needs.
